Christmas is a-coming. How can that be when the last one was so recent. Anyhoo, my thoughts turn to all that needs to be done in the shop to get it Christmassy. I don't want to start too soon but plan I must. We are taking part in the village competition for best Christmas Shop Window this year. Winning is not important but it is an opportunity to 'go to town' and to make a visual statement about all that we stand for. So germinating in my head are ideas for an old style romantic winter scene made from found and recycled materials with little touches of quirk that I hope will be strangely charming.
